The information is general in nature and does not take account of any particular event, venue or family circumstance. Service features, device availability and the way the service runs vary between events.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee that the service will be available at any particular event.

Reading this website, submitting an enquiry form, or emailing us does not create a contract for the supply of the service, and does not reserve a device.

Devices are issued to parents at our kiosk on the day, under separate terms that are provided and acknowledged at registration. Engagements with event organisers are governed by a separate written agreement.

If you are a parent using the service at an event, the terms that apply to you are the ones you acknowledged at the kiosk, not this page.

All content on this website is owned by Grid Guardian Pty Ltd or its licensors. That includes the text, graphics, layout and design.

Grid Guardian and our logos are trade marks of Grid Guardian Pty Ltd, whether or not marked as such and whether or not registered.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view this website and its content for your own information. All other rights are reserved.

Without our prior written permission you must not:

• modify the content or create derivative works from it
